MARBLE SLAB CREAMERY AND MAGGIEMOO'S ICE CREAM SELECT WARSCHAWSKI AS AGENCY OF RECORD

BALTIMORE, June 21, 2007 ­ Warschawski, a full-service public relations, marketing and branding firm, announced today that it has been retained by Marble Slab Franchise Management, LLC and MaggieMoo’s Franchise Management LLC, industry leaders in the hand-mixed premium ice cream category, as their national agency of record. Warschawski is responsible for handling all public relations activities for both Marble Slab Creamery and MaggieMoo’s Ice Cream and Treatery on a national level, including strategic planning, marketing, community relations and media relations. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

Marble Slab Creamery, based in Houston, TX, is an international premium ice cream franchise system with over 500 locations worldwide including the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada and the United Arab Emirates. MaggieMoo’s, based in Columbia, MD, currently operates more than 190 treateries in the United States. MaggieMoo’s has been awarded The National Ice Cream Retailers Association's prestigious Blue Ribbon Award for taste, texture and overall appearance for eight years running. It is the only national retail chain to win five Blue Ribbon Awards for its products -- vanilla, vanilla bean, chocolate, dark chocolate and strawberry ice cream flavors. The company plans to increase its reach to 1,000 treateries worldwide by 2009.
